Vision - To develop and promote language and communication across the school

At Queen's Drive, the development of language is of high priority. Word Aware is a programme used across the school to teach vocabulary to our children. 

                                   

                

 

 

 

Each day, children are 'taught' a new word as part of the programme. The following lists are focus words for the Spring term in each year group. Parents can help children by talking about and practising saying these words at home.
